When will I receive an invoice?If you did not provide a Credit Card number with your order you will receive an e-bill shortly after your submission. If you chose Monthly Billing you will receive an invoice 30 days prior to your billing date every month, you will then have 30 days to pay your invoice.
Are there any setup fees? There are NO setup fees for any of our accounts.
Can I pay with a credit card?Yes, we accept credit card payments through our Online Bill Payment System . You may also pay by credit card through your website's Control Panel under the Account Manager option. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Monthly plans require a credit card on file for automatic billing.

Account CancellationsYour account may be cancelled at anytime. * Full Refund - If cancelled within 30 days. * Prorated Refund - Upon cancellation after 30 days you will receive a prorated refund of unused time. * Domain Names - Domain registration fees are non refundable. If you received a FREE domain registration you will be responsible for the registration fee if you cancel your account within 12 months of signing up. All account cancellations must be submitted via our online cancellation form.
